Compare what the terms mean.

Model one preferred class against common shareholders. Compare dilution and cash proceeds at the same exit value, then record control terms separately. Figures exclude debt, taxes, fees, dividends, existing SAFEs and option pools; participation is uncapped. Contract language governs the actual outcome.
