Using The Raise Memo

The service

TRM provides educational fundraising tools and a saved workspace. You are responsible for the accuracy of your inputs and reviewing outputs before use. We do not guarantee funding, meetings, legal suitability or financial outcomes. TRM is not acting as your broker, investment adviser, lawyer or accountant.

Accounts and acceptable use

Use an email you control, protect your credentials and submit only material you have permission to use. Do not attempt to access another company’s information or misuse the service. One membership covers one company workspace; account credentials should not be shared.

Membership

When paid membership opens, the displayed monthly price renews until cancelled. Included functionality and analysis allowances are listed on Pricing. Cancel through the billing portal before renewal to prevent the next charge. Access continues until the paid period ends. There are no automatic usage overage charges. Contact us for billing errors or refund requests; applicable consumer rights are unaffected.

Your materials

You retain rights to your content. We process it to deliver the functions you request. AI outputs require human review. Submission for AI analysis is a separate action with an explicit disclosure.

Availability and changes

Features may be temporarily unavailable. Save important exports and keep your original records. We will communicate material changes to paid terms or service scope through the account contact address. If you stop membership, you can still export saved workspace data.
